I'm sure this may be a very dumb question but better safe than sorry. At the top of R&D's instructions on installing their ECU it says do not use gell or closed cell batteries. I just bought a new Extreme Magna Power battery that's an AGM (absorbed glass mat) battery. I haven't put the ski in the water yet. Does anyone know if an AGM battery is ok to use with the R&D ECU? The stock battery had the holes in the top and you had to fill it with acid. This battery is maintenance free and a good bit heavier than the stock battery. Supposed to hold a charge longer, won't spill, and no precharging out of the box.
