Riva Crew,

My question is if we received a catalog last year, are we still on the mailing list for this year or do we have to reregister?

I only need one catalog and I know that the expense for printing and mailing is high so I don't want to request a catalog if I am still on the list to receive one.

Anybody know the answer to my question?

I am just trying to save Riva from double mailing catalogs. If we are already on the mailing list, there should be no need to sign up again.

I have no clue ... I've ordered the "New" Riva catalog many times since November. I just placed an order and asked that one be sent then. That would be my 6th request. I got my Riva package with no catalog.

Anyone that has requested a catalog in the last 2 years, purchased a PWC part in the past year and/or purchased a PWC in the past year will receive a new catalog. I'm not sure why you haven't received a catalog since November. If you entered any part of the zip or street address incorrectly or we couldn't understand a verbal request (message) that might explain it. Unfortunately, with so many requests and other daily obligations we don't have time to follow up on requests that we couldn't make out clearly.

Sorry for the delay and any inconveniences...

Riva ... these requests have never been verbal. They are printed in your "other comments" box while filling out online parts orders. It appears that the person reading the order is not reading that box. The parts always make it but the catalog doesn't.
