I just bolted my pump back onto the GPR1200, theres 5 bolts(four main 14mm, and one 10mm off to the side)that hold the pump to the transom, I think it's called. Anyway I broke the little 5th bolt off in it's hole, and am having a hard time tapping it out. I'm almost to the point were I'm about to just forget it. Do you guys think it would hold up OK with only the four main bolts? Any comments are appriciated. Thanks

had similar problem, couldnt tap out so i got this stuff at auto store you drill out hole completely, put thread maker in hole this stuff hardens like steel, you put coating on original size bolt[stainless] and thread slowly into hole let dry for 10 mins then take out it makes new thread and you can even torqe the bolt in and it holds up. its made by permatex cant remember name on package , go to your local auto store
