When buying the gas powervalves from Riva you have to buy:

3 SD kits
3 adapters

Why not just sell them the kits and adapters as one?

I am sure they sell them seperately to accomidate the guys running the 800's. that way they dont have to package two seperate kits, saves them money and in theory should save everyone money because it keeps their overhead in check (every little bit helps)

We sell our powervalve adapters and Sea•Doo parts kits separately in order to offer our customers the option of buying the OEM Sea•Doo parts from another source. Many of our customers are Sea•Doo dealers that can buy the original Sea•Doo parts direct.

My question still has not been answered directly. Do I have to buy 3 SD kits, and 3 adapters? A simple yes, or no will be sufficient.

You made a statement not a question.

Riva answered your question. Quit being so impatient. Everyone here on the board will help you to get your ski up and running.
