Temp 70 Degreess
Humidity 80%

I tested the Power Core (2.25 inside diameter hole)against the R&D D-Plate on my 1200 converted to 1300R. The instant gain by just switching to the R&D d-plate pipe was of 70-80 RPM's at 1 1/2 turns out of the highs to start. I actuallyu felt the boat to be much stronger. I procedded to remove the stock 1200 ignition and install the Advent CDI using the YAM 84 curve and proceded to tune the carbs but it started raining. I ran the ski for a few minutes at different RPM's and the ski responded very well!!! GREAT BOTTOM AND MID. ITS ALIVE!!!!!!!!

My top speed of the day with 1/2 tank before the wind started to kick was 71.6 MPH. My carbs are still at 1 1/2 turns out. The best adjustment last week was 3/4. I am looking forward to some better numbers this week. Well this will be an awesome ski to run. I got a speedcut prop that will go in as soon as I get it back. We will see and compare results.

Nice... looking better.

They way it has been looking from different peoples results is that the 1300r is about 2-3mph faster than the 1200r.

Keep us posted.

Thanks Fercho,

Do you have the shortened exhaust per R&D also? Just to clarify things the R&D plate your talking about has a smaller hole than the OEM non U.S. D-Plate, correct?

Thanks again. This info is really helpfull.
