Ok, if I install the RIVA GP1200R Single Pipe Stinger 3 I've pretty much eliminated the stock pipe and cat con. Hence I dont need the D-Plate anymore? But would I still need the sensor chip? Im far from techncial but can follow directions well! Thanks.

Yes, you will need to retain the Cat Temp Sensor Chip as the catalytic converter is not used.
