WILL A WAVEBLASTER II 760 FIT INTO A 01 S/J ?

I have a '94 Blaster that had an updated stroker 62T motor that I fried. I now have a stocker 760 and it dropped right in. I have the Pro-tec exhaust and I can only catch one bolt on the head. Other than that it seems to be fine... strong motor, probably should have come from Yamaha that way.
