Will the electronics off a 650 Superjet work with a 62T case, crank and cylinder???

If so, does anyone have a set of old 62T cases that they want to sell???

No, you will also need the flywheel and stator plate. REXA.

The stator backing plate has different diameter and pcd for attaching bolts. REXA

6m6 electronics will absolutely work on the 62T cases.
The 6m6 has the same stator/flywheel combo as the 61X motor but the CDI has a lower rev limit.
You can mod your 650 CDI, send it to get modded or replace with one from a 701 (61X or 62T). You could always step up to an MSD enhancer instead of a stock CDI.

The 6m6 crank will fit the 62T cases as well as all the other Yamaha cases from that motor family.
