Is there any type of secruity or way of locking up a 01' GP1200R while it's beached? Taking battery out maybe or maybe there's a fuse to take out for the ignition? Thanks for any help.

If you take the seat off and look at the electrical box in the front of the battery, there is a cap that you can unscrew and there are fuses in there. I guess you could remove one?

that or you can get one of those battery disconnects that have a big red key. without it the ski wont start and they have to bypass the lock. the other thing to do is get the handle bar start stop switch lock. it clamps over the handlebar switch

I guess I could take out the fuses but the thief may have some spares to replace them. Hey Rob, or anybody, where do I get that battery lock or start lock? Thanks again all.

Paint it yellow and hang a seepoo sign on it. Nobody wants to steal one of those.

Disconnect the water temp sensor that is at the bottom of the OEM stinger. It acts as a kill switch.
