Just contemplating ditching the accel pump also. What has been your expirience with "cold starts" with no acell pump. Easy? Hard? Little trick that gets her to fire right up? Just curious.....want the benefits of no acell pump.....but don't want to enherit problems either. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Tim

DMD I had no problems at all. But I heard of some one that does. In that case remove the linkage from the pump and leave the plunger and hoses connected. Then crank it for a few seconds, reach insode and press the plunger with you finger to pump the fuel into carb 1 and 3. Removing the linkage will give you full access to carb 3 high speed adjustor. REMEMBER TO REJET.
