What is the best way/process to remove the decals off the hull without scratching it?

Also, any suggestions on the installation of the new decals?

After removing the decals use a alcohol prep pad to remove the glue and then use a gloss polish to restore the luster. Removed all the decals from my 1300r and cleaned up great.

I was very careful when I remove my decals. After they were off I used Super Glaze wax and it work fine. I removed the 1200r decal.

I removed all of my warning stickers by using a hair dryer and duct tape. While heating, slowly peel the sticker off to get as much of the glue as you can. Then, heat the remaining glue residue and dab with the duct tape. It comes right off! Follow up with a little Sticker Off spray and you'll never know they were there.
