you would be better off spending the $50.00 for the sterring nozzle and the $90.00 bucks on the pump cone on other mods for example: d-plate, riva pump plug kit, impeller, ride plate intake grate etc.... The sterring nozzle makes the ski harder to turn and makes little or no difference in speed, the pump cone is good but if used in combination w/ an impeller , sealed pump , more power........the pump cone helps w/ cavitation in the rough water , aslo slight bottom and mid range acelleration
