When i sent my shortblock to SBT, the left the two top exhaust stud in the #2 cylinder, i didn't think i could remove them. Where can i find these studs quick. I wanna ride it this weekend!!! Can i use automotive studs? Any help is greatly appreciated.....
You could try a huge supply store to see if they have anything that is in spec. Make sure they are stainless steel. If you want to do it right then I would call Riva first thing in the morning and see if they have anything in stock and get Saturday delivery. It will cost you but you will feel better that you got original equipment. Now if they don't have brand new they should definitely have race take off's..

How about looking through the original parts finder and locating the part number and ordering them from Riva, or just calling Riva and telling them what you need?

Find the correct thread and bolt and cut the head of the bolt and dremel it so that it can screw in ok. That is a quicky fix and it would work fine. Make sure it's stainless and use locktite red as per the manual says.

MDKOCHE - Are you going to pay for it? Since they were external parts that are to be removed, why is it assumed we are going to spend the cash and time to get them back?
Brad - as I said to you on the phone, I will do my best to track a couple down and as a COURTESY, get them out to you, but no guarantees, as I said we don't stock them.
