Does Any One Know If i Take My Cat Con Out And Not Not Put In The D Plate, What Will Happen ??? Will I Gain Proformance Without The Cat And D Plate Or Will I Lose Proformance With Out Them Both ???

You'll lose RPMs. The exhaust needs the back-pressure to operate properly.
