i forgot to mention 2 things.......the first is that the ride plate was shimed in front with some warshes to make it even with the bottom, so that would change the angel a bit...... as for the nu-jet prop i machined it to fit into the pump 0.280 the nu-jet prop doesn't sit in as far as a solas. so i wanted to see what would happen if i set it in as far as a solas. it didn't do any thing for top speed. it did help on the holeshot, as for comming out of a turn it didn't cavatate as much...i would say it was better by 25%. so i guess the theory ''washers in or washers out'' went out the window.
