HOW EXACTLY DO YOU INSTALL THEM? do you take the stainless plate off and put the reed stuffers in its place or do you leave the stainless plate on? also do i need to use any sealer on the stuffers or any of the plates thanks in advance 32racer

you take the plate off. With Pro-Tec's, theirs acts as the plate and the stuffer all in one. You just slide them in and bolt the carbs back onto them. Very easy.
nope. The reed cages have rubber seals on them and the carb gasket seals the other side. I always use the copper gasket sealer though. Makes me feel better about air leaks. You don't have to though. I also shaved my Pro-Tecs so that they were round instead of oval. I used a dremel tool.
