ray i heard this is used to take the place of fuel in your gas tank so you dont have all the weight of the gas .......also helps w/ gas slushing around in tank so you get better gas flow

The primary use is to keep gas from sloshing around, it allegedly does not take enough space to limit your fuel intake substantially, I will let you know how it works, I have it in my boat.

Do you cut the strips into cubes or put them in as is? How much do you put in?

I was told to put in as is, I can't remember how much I put in there Ray, sorry, try calling or writing Watcon, they are the ones that sold it to me.
