I just adjusted my Sponsons on my GP1200R in the down position, how will this affect my performance. Top speed, take off, handling??

top speed will suffer slightly but the improvements in handling and and everything else is well worth it . i stepped my sponsons before but hated the way it turned, its ok for glass water straight line runs but thats about it.

slot the holes and put the front all the way up and the rear all the way down

with the stock ride plate and intake grate I actually got faster speeds with the sponsons down. When up it had a slight porpoise.

hi all isnt stepping the sponsons supposed to stop the porpoising also or does it only work better with the riva performance sponsons??
if you plan on doing any turning with your GPR ,,put the sponsons down all the way..
