I bought a Used 2000 GP1200R with a lot of Riva Bolt-On's, and from the postings I have seen in here, replacing the stock power valves seems like the best way to ensure the life of the pistons and crankcase.

Was there ever a Yamaha Recall on the PV's?

What is the price/level of difficulty in putting in aftermarket PV's?

I already bought a Riva PV controller, but haven't put it on yet.
THanks
TD

Riva has a power valve controller???? It's pretty easy. The hardest part of the whole project is taking the pipe off. The rest is a piece of cake. I hate taking that dam pipe off! Every time I feel like I just got my a#ss kicked by the Rock!
