In our opinion yes. The Blow-off Valve Kit evacuates the excess pressure created when the throttle plate closes while the supercharger is making boost. In the stock configuration this excess pressure is absorbed by the supercharger components. By allowing the excess pressure to be evacuated before returning to the supercharger you're eliminating excessive wear and tear on the supercharger components.
Even with installing our Blow-off Valve Kit we strongly recommend replacing the stock supercharger clutch washers with our Heavy-duty Clutch Washers. While the Blow-off Valve Kit will help reduce the likelihood the stock clutch washers will fail, there is the chance it could happen. If, and when, it does you have to clean out the entire oil lubrication system of all the small pieces to prevent any other problems.
