Hey... I just removed the plastic from my bars and i was wondering if by removing the plastic from my bars would any water go down or hurt those wires that are now exposed. Thanks... P.S. It looks real good and im relocating the dess key to under the bars I am making a metal bar to hold it.

Why did you take the plastic off? UMI or some other reason?

Hey Mark.... i took the plastic off bc everyone in my area has rxp's now and i want mine to look different and I don't really have much money to do any big mods bc I'm only 15 and I paid for my ski myself and I though that by taking the plastic off it would make it look more racey. Do you thing that water can get down the steering now that i have the plastic off... and where could i put the key now that theres no plastic....Thanks alot

Hey Hurdz,
Be careful out there. That is a HECK of a ski for a 15 year old...or even a 40 year old. Welcome.

As far as your bars, I have 2 thoughts. One, the water isn't going to be a problem. Two, dental bills are very high...put your plastic and nice soft cover back on. There has to be a different way to make the ski look unique, other than making it dangerous to your mouth and face.
