did you make sure the oil pump is adjusted correctly, and did you check your fuel valve and fuel lines when you rebuilt the carbs?

also check the reeds.

you may have something adjust wrong, oil, fuel mixture screws, needle and seat? or something put together wrong that it causeing it to flood out.
read over your rebuild instruction guide a few times and see if there is something you may have missed. read your shop manual to see how to check the adjustment of the oil mixture. good luck. [Smile]

Take them back off and take everything apart again and then reassemble. It's not uncommon to miss something, or to seat something wrong. Use some carb cleaner to clean the carbs, jets and filters. Don't be shy with the carb cleaner. Check your fuel lines for cracks too. Make sure everything goes back on tight and snug.

Afterwards, see if it rev's fine on the trailor.
Also look for gas below the carbs in the hull once you put it in the water and run it abit.

The oil adjustment is pretty straightforward. Just line the marks up and tighten.

I think that I did not adjust the oil pump right. Does anybody know how far the low jetting sould be turned out stock. Because the person that worked on this one before me totally messed up the carbs and the low speed adjustment. This is the first sea doo I have had to work on for a friend. I normally just work on yamahas
