Installed riva's free flow exaust today, took it out for a test run and not sure if I like it or not.vary loud at low rpm's 1900-3000,after that it gets a little quieter.did not have my gps with me to see if it added any speed but did blow away two Polaris MXS 150s they pulled up beside me wanting to race,I just nailed it from 3/4 throttle and pulled awayBig Grin .

My first impression of the free flow was "i dont like it" but it grew on me and i love it.

It just has that low annoying sound at low RPM's. Higher RPM's it's fine.

I installed the free flow also
and i did notice it was noisy but Im a car
guy noisy is good for me.As far as proformance
I dont know but if it is that much louder It has to be helping it breath.(you allow more air in it has to come out.air filter supercharger, intercooler, cam head mods all let air in and dont do much to get it out the freeflow is a must with any outer mods like these.(just an opinion) you know what theay say about those,LOL

I do not think the free flow is of any help at all. I don't see where the D-bel has any more restriction than not running it at all. I did the water box to both of my RXP's aqnd I know that gives you better flow and still very quiet.

I have owned over 30 PWC"s over the last 25 years,I have always sed that I would never own A SEA-DOO. I now own two(RXP's one yellow one green). So I guess you should never say never. We will see next summer(GOOD OR BAD IDEA).

After doing some GPS runs I did gain .5mph.
I am starting to get use to the low loud sound at low RPMs,When I start it up and idle through the no wake zone everyone is trying to figure out whats under the hood of my seadoo. Big Grin

i am going to put the oem baffle back in but slightly moddified. I have installed a 2" pvc pipe 7 1/2" long with a 1 1/2" slit down the middle. The slit lets you squeeze the 2"pipe in the baffle and then it expands to hold it securly in place it also closes the opening to the baffled area by 2". I m hoping this will quiet it down some but still give it that nice sound at idle.My only concern is that the pvc pipe can handle the heat.If anyone has any input please advise thanks.
