Hello i bought a 2007 gtx limited --supercharged 215 hp on july 3rd 2007 - question - i have been thinking of installing a stage one kit but all the info i come across is only for models up to 2005 any input would be great -- i have been reading that a number of factors play into the effects of the stage one --weather humidity temp etc. i do all my skiing in virginia on the coast and rivers salt water very humid and the water and bay temps are between 80 and 84 degrees F the speedo claims i do around 67 to 68 mph but the gps on it says the truth of about 64 mph - what may i expect from a stage one kit ?
We provide info on our site for `05~07 models. Click here for the parts list, parts images and performance overviews. You can expect a 4~5mph gain in top speed and improved acceleration.

thank you for the fast response i guess i didn't see that web site addy one more question if i can is it worth the sponson upgrade ? i'm more of a cruiser not flat out all the time but i just can't let the other guys get me ! i find that between 35 to 40 the craft gets a bit out of hand -- it wants to do what i don't ( talking about the opis)will the upgrade help that ? and will a sponson upgrade help with the control also ?
No problem. Sponsons will help with control. They're a must if you ride in rough water or in competition. They're adjustability allows you to tune them to your liking where the stock sponsons are fixed.
The Competition OPAS Kit keeps them in the up position all of the time. They still work, but don't have as much influence at low speed.
