In your experience, will your products, like flow thru exhaust and air intake, void a warr. Manufacturers or aftermarket like western? My ski is going in to another dealer (not the hack I bought it from) to be checked for smoking and cavitation. and the assist. service manager stated these products may void the warr. I need to know if I have to reinstall the resonator and original air intake.

Our experience is that customers usually have control over the decision their dealer makes when it comes to warrantying a modified craft.

If you are friendly when purchasing your craft, get to know your dealer's service department on a friendly level and become known for being easy to deal with your dealer will usually work with you.

Now on the other hand. If you go into the dealership with an "I'm only going to pay this much for the new unit, I want X-number of dollars in free accessories and I do not leave my craft for any service work" kind of attitude and you're dealer will more than likely tell you you're out of luck.

Most of the time if you pay that dealer to install the parts then they will NOT give you a hard time about the warranty.
