IF I GET THE STAGE ONE KIT FOR MY 05 RXP AND ALSO GET THE FREE FLOW EXSAUST KIT AND THE SUPERCHARGER IMPELLER WILL IT BE OK? MY DAD SAYS THAT HE THINKS I SHOULD HAVE THE INTERCOOLER ALSO BECAUSE THE ENGINE WILL RUN TO HOT WITHOUT IT BECAUSE OF THE SC IMPELLER IF IT DOES RUN TO HOT CAN I GET THE 158 DEGREES THERMOSTATE? ALSO I KNOW IF I GET THE EXSAUST I NEED THE OPAS BLOCK OFF

Yes, you can run the Free Flow Exhaust and Supercharger Impeller without an aftermarket intercooler. However, after installing the SC impeller you will most likely need to replace or repitch your pump impeller as the SC impeller increases bottom-end and mid-range power.

We haven't performed any testing with thermostats yet.

Yes, you will need to order an OPAS Block-off Kit if you order our Rear Exhaust Kit. Don't get the Rear Exhaust Kit confused with the Free Flow Exhaust Kit. They are two separate modifications that can't be used together. If you go with the Rear Exhaust Kit you won't need the Free Flow Exhaust Kit.

so if i get the stage 1 impeller ill have to have it repitched because of the sc impeller? what pitch the stage 2 or something else? and yes i want the rear exhaust thanks.

You can get away with repitching the Stage I pump impeller (SRX-CD-14/19R if those are the only mods you're going to do. But, if you plan to purchase an aftermarket intercooler you should go ahead and get the 15/20. Give it a try and see what your peak RPM is. If need be you can lighten it until you install the aftermarket intercooler. We don't recommend repitching the 14/19 to make it a 15/20. The root angle is completely different.
