Does your set of bj's have a third jet?
We had problems getting greens, bj's and redtops to transition onto the highs without jetting to the point that we lost power in other areas. My friend has a set of 48 bj's with 3rd jet on a sst 800 and these run very well. I think he was running something around this. L:115 H: 135 80spring 2.3 needle The 3rd jet supplies fuel at all throttle openings so that explains the low total jetting for an angry motor. I would probably start around 120/120 with your setup and wind the hs screws out a couple of turns for maiden voyage. Then come in until clean. I assume your running a remote fuel pump so start with 60 TO 80 RETURN JET. |
