I am wondering if anyone could tell me the functional differences between the performance and pro-series OPAS block off kits on an 05 RXP.

The Peformance Block-off Kit is just that. A block-off kit. It covers the openings left whent the O.P.A.S. is removed.

The Pro-Series Block-off's not only cover the openings left when the O.P.A.S. is removed, they extend the hull's planing surface noticeably improving handling as well as reducing porposing.

Both kits utilize o-ring seals, are made from aluminum and are anodized to prevent corrosion. They're available for RXP-X/RXP and RXT-X/RXT/GTX-SC models.

Thanks for the info Riva. On a stage 1.5 RXP (no intercooler or rear exhaust), which kit would you suggest?

The Pro-Series blockoffs are better, more expensive though

It depends on what type of riding you will do primarily and, of course, budget.

For any type of competitive riding (HydroDrag, Closed Course, Off-shore, etc) you definitely want to go with the Pro-Series.

For recreational riding the Performance kit will do.
