Can i use the satge II kit on this craft? Or can i only use the stage I...If i can only use the stage one can i get the aftermarket Supercharger impeller? Is there anyway to install an intercooler with out removing the O.P.A.S.?Are there any other practical mods to give me optimum performance? Can you bore, port, and stroke these engines?thanks

At this time we are not recommending our Stage II Kit for `03~05 4-TEC Supercharged models without stock intercoolers (185HP engines). We haven't been able to test that engine on the Dyno to determine if the ECU will compensate adequately for the increased boost. Nor have we confirmed if that model engine utilizes forged pistons.

We definitely recommend our SC Impeller for all Supercharged 4-TEC equiped models!!! It will provide increased bottom-end and mid-range.

With our Intercooler Kit you will need to remove the OPAS to allow the installation of the Rear Exhaust Kit which is also required when installing our Intercooler Kit. Each modification needs the other not only for the installation aspect, but to achieve the speed & RPM #'s we claim as well.

At this time we don't offer modifications for 4-TEC engines internally. That may or may not be part of our Stage III Kit which we will begin developing immediately following Havasu (World Finals).
