With the RR racing ECU you need to pitch for higher RPM than 8170 to get it's full potential. What Riva SC impeller are you running? The Stage 2 wheel or Stage 3 SC? If Stage 2 wheel I say upgrade to the Stage 3 SC. Go with the Riva rear intake (pro Series power filter) also. Also, get a SS wear ring if you don't already have it and Riva's Skat 3 blade prop. What prop are you using now, and what pitch?

2004 RXP

Stage 2-74+mph

if you're running all of those parts you have to jump up to a steeper impeller. with the impeller you have now, the engine spins it too fast so you cant get the full potential from all of your other parts.

Do what we both told you. Like I said if you have a Rotax Racing ECU you need to be turning more RPM than you are. Which Rotax Racing ECU do you have, the stock class or the racing ECU? 8170 RPM is too low for the racing ECU, I'm not sure about the stock. But like I said go with the Riva rear SC intake and their Stage 3 SC. And like jtskir15F said your impeller is not right for your setup. You need to purchase a steeper pitched one.

That is what you should do.
