Okay, so I didn't change the oil out in the cone and long story short... everything has to be replaced. Since it's all gone, I'm looking to see what is my best options in replacing it all without going over board and spending 1500 on a skat trak pump.

Welcome to our forums! Stand Wave

Sorry to hear about your problem. Unless you plan to do closed course racing a Skat pump is over kill. If you're on a tight budget and can't go with new OE parts you might try looking online for a used pump or something from a PWC salvage yard.

I have done some things to the seadoo already. I had an aftermarket impeller, a wedge, intake grate, thinner head gasket, water valve to dry out the pipe some, carbon fiber reeds, removed the air box and have an aftermarket filter. So I'm leaning at not so much short circit but some where in the middle. Lots of thrust and a good MPH. I just don't want to replace it with OE parts if I can spend a little extra and beef up the drive.
