Why do I keep frying the two ceramic washers on my supercharger clutch? Both of My RXP's.
I have owned over 30 PWC"s over the last 25 years,I have always sed that I would never own A SEA-DOO. I now own two(RXP's one yellow one green). So I guess you should never say never. We will see next summer(GOOD OR BAD IDEA). |

Tube, when you say "frying", what do you mean? Are they missing? Are the cracked/broken? From my experience, the clutch assembly has to be PERFECT or you will lose a ceramic washer. Check the torque on you hex nut. It needs to be 22 foot pounds.
