Do a search using the "Find" feature and you'll find plenty of posts on all of our forums on both of those topics.

The same goes true for any other questions you may have. Our forums are very popular and there are tons of posts on just about anything you can think of. Before posting you should always search for your answer to save yourself time and save us server space! Wink

Cavitation occurs when you nail the throttle from a dead stop and the impeller "slips" excessively and therefore the ski does not accelerate properly. Porpoise is when you are running at or near wide open and the nose of the ski "hops" up and down and top speed can not be achieved because the pump comes unhooked from a steady flow of water.

Now thats a smart@$$ answer! I thought your job was to moderate this forum and provide help to its members...not give condiscending answers. You could have just answered meeper's question in your first post instead of the blah blah blah about using the search feature.

Totally agree. Thanks man. How can you expect a first timer to know how to find all this stuff. And the link posted really says nothing about a ski.
