Hi! Just wondering if the pro-series reduction nozzle is race legal (IJSBA Stock)? I studied the rulebook, but couldn't figure this out. Thanks!

No it is not. A good rule of thumb for interpreting the IJSBA and APBA rules is "if it does not state you can do it, then you cannot".
