Can you help me? How can I flush the cooling system in RXP? Which adapter I need to do this job? Please could you show me, step by step, this procedure? Thanks. Franci |

You can flush only the open loop system. Looking at the pump from the rear of your RXP you will see a hose fitting in the upper right corner. This is where you attach your fresh water hose. Follow this exact procedure when flushing or risk damaging your engine.
Here are a couple of things I recommend to make flushing your cooling system more effective and easier. 1) Salt-Away. This is by far the best thing you could ever invest in for your PWC. Use it when flushing the cooling system, washing the inside and outside of your PWC, washing your trailer, washing your riding gear, etc. Even if you ride in fresh water only Salt-Away will prevent the build up of mineral deposits that could eventually clog your cooling system over time. 2) Quick Connect Adapter. This installs into the fitting at your pump. It's just like an air hose connector. After trying to screw the garden hose end to the fitting once or twice you'll see why I recommend this! 3) Engine & Vehicle Service Manuals. Being that you weren't sure how to flush your craft I suggest you purchase both of these manuals. Along with flushing your craft many other basic maintenance procedures are outlined making it easy to do yourself saving you money in the long run. Plus you'll learn about your craft and get the satisfaction of knowing you did the work yourself! This message has been edited.
