Say I want to buy a brand new, 2007 RXP with a stage 3 kit. For estimate, let's say retail of $11,200 + $6,400 for kit totaling $17,600. Could Riva finance or get financing for this purchase? And would there be a year warranty honored by Riva? I've had an '04 RXP and did mods but it nickeled and dimed me but to have it completed and guaranteed by the people selling the items would be a convenience that I would consider paying for.

We will honor the warranty as expressed for each of the RIVA products installed. Installation and activation of the ECU for the Stage III Kit will void the factory warranty for the craft itself.

Thanks for the response...I actually called your sales dept yesterday and got some good info. I'm still a little weary of the bushings and shims within the SeaDoo SC but then again it's been a while and I haven't been reading too many postings. I hear that Rotrex has a pretty solid SC coming out for all kinds of applications - anyone dabbled in such an upgrade?

Wait until the '08 models are released. I believe if you put metal washers in to prevent the ceramix from shattering it will void warranty - at least that is the best I can decipher.

Best check it out and get that part signed off in blood.

Better yet, wait until 08.
