question,,,on ski hulls, on my 42 fountain i sanded the bottem of the hull with 600 grit sand paper, in a ciclerler pattern, and squard all eddegs,, ceecked the bottem with a strate edge for hooks , and rockers. this creats small air bubbles betwine the hull and water surface, to creat ate seperation less drag gaind 3mph.. so if i do the same thing to a ski will this help speed on top. rxt 05,, like squair , the rear of the ride plate , and strakes, and sanding.. is seperation a bad thing on jets ok if it is how about extending the verdcul part of in take grate fins to help grab water. and or if the nossle out let is reduced,, will this get more througst like awater hose or a air hose with small fitting on the end or does this thought put me in catogorey of la--la land
