Looking for advise on why my 2005 RXT runs so poorly after launching it the first time for the weekend. For the first 150 yards it will go 8mph, then it will kick up to about 30mph for a couple of minutes, then up too 45mph for a couple of minutes, then reach for speed. It will not act up again the rest of the weekend. Any suggestions???

Unfortunately, your problem could be any number of things. Bad fuel, bad fuel injector, a bad sensor, ecu related, etc. You need to take it to your local authorized Sea-Doo dealer and have them hook it up to the diagnostic system.

Thanks for your response. It turned out to be the spark plugs.
